Delegation

From a beautiful article from the HBR:

"At no time while I am helping you with this or any other problem will your problem become my problem. The instant your problem becomes mine, you will no longer have a problem. I cannot help someone who hasn't got a problem."

As long as a manager can make his subordinates understand this, he will be on the path to salvation!
